The biggest news is that we got a dog. Lauren has been after us for years to get a dog. She finally wore us down and Belle joined our family on Friday. Belle is a six month-old, miniature, apricot poodle. She is very well behaved and doesn't bark much. Lauren has many more pictures on her blog (
here) She is super excited and loves that dog.

Mark didn't wear a costume, but he came home from work covered in flour from making pizza dough. He said was a dough boy.

WOW! Can't believe you guys got a dog! My kids (and hubby) have been trying to wear me down for years. Belle is very cute...where did you get her? I have never heard of an Apricot poodle. Love the Halloween costumes and LOVE Ryan's face in the last one. That takes some talent!
Woo Hoo! We're not the only freaks anymore. We're glad to have you join us in the animal kingdom. Belle is cute - and how great that there will be no shedding.
You talked about the picture that made you laugh of Collin - the one of your kids going out trick or treating made me laugh, it looks like Lauren has horns!
